科研情况:
作为项目负责人主持国家级、省部级,企业横向等项目10余项,国家发明专利8项。已在国际高水平SCI 期刊上发表论文 60 余篇,1篇高被引论文,3篇封面论文。相关研究工作以中英法口头报告的形式应邀参加第十届国际磷脂大会(荷兰鹿特丹)、欧盟食品营养健康国际会议(法国斯特拉斯堡)、中日韩及东南亚水产品加工与质量安全国际研讨会(中国青岛),湖北省色谱质谱学术会议(中国武汉)等国内外学术会议。担任《Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety》、《Journal of Food Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Food Chemistry》、《Food Research International》等国际高水平期刊的审稿人。
教学与培养学生:
主讲本科生课程,包括《医药数理统计》、《药物分析》、《药学类专业英语》等理论课程教学,《药物分析实验》、《暑期液相色谱实践》等实验实践课程教学,以及《走进法国—饮食文化鉴赏》公选课。研究生课程《现代中药技术》。
主持完成校级教改项目4项,发表国家级和省级核心教研论文4篇。荣获中南民族大学五四青年(教工)先锋,中南民族大学研究生创新基金优秀指导老师、 “挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛优秀指导老师、第四届中南民族大学科普讲解大赛三等奖、中南民族大学优秀学士学位论文指导老师、中南民族大学优秀教职工。指导学生获得研究生国家奖学金、中南民族大学优秀研究生标兵或优秀研究生、研究生创新基金成果展一等奖等一系列荣誉。
