Jim Leonard, President, has been involved in residential homebuilding in Texas since 1982. Jim graduated from Texas Tech University in 1978. In 1997, and again in 2003, he was recognized by The San Antonio Builders Association as its top Sales and Marketing Director. In 2002, he received the Texas Star Award as the top Sales Manager in Texas. Jim's vision and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction form the culture for Greenboro Homes, Inc.

Michael St. John, Vice President of Construction, has been involved in the building industry for most of his life. He has an intimate knowledge of all aspects of building fine quality homes. Originally from Michigan, he relocated to Texas several years ago. Michael has received recognition from the San Antonio Builders Association for going "Above and Beyond" in 2006. Michael's hands on approach to each home ensures that Greenboro Homes' purchasers receive the benefits of his involvement, and attention to detail during each step of the way.
